60 BBL Tank:

Two 30 bbl compartments, Open top, low profile, has(1) Mixing paddle, Precision BBL markers, Powered by hydraulic motor, Hydrualic hoses & connections, (1) Equalizer lines, (2) 4″ Manifold lines, (1) 2″ Fill line, small foot print , Mail box, Ground cable, Pull test, Mag particle test, Slings & shackles. Built in accordance to sepco and dnv standards with sepco certificate.

120 BBL tank:

Low profile with 3 compartments (60-30-30), has(2) Mixing paddles, Precision BBL markers, Powered by 2000 series hydraulic motors, Hydrualic hoses & connections, (2) Equalizer lines, (2) 4″ Manifold lines,(1) 2″ Fill line, small foot print 16′ x 8′, Pull test, mag particle test, Slings & shackles. Built in accordance to sepco and dnv standards with sepco certificate.

36″ Gas Buster:

36″ Gas buster with telescoping legs to accommodate different size tanks that features a removable top
& two 6′ stacks, 6″ dump line, 2″ inlet, removable wear plate. Mail box, Ground cable, Pull test, Mag particle test, Slings & shackles. Built in accordance to sepco and dnv standards with sepco certificate.

GREASE PACKAGE – PIPE RECOVERY

Grease Package

• Energy Completion Services has 5K, 10K, 12.5K, and 15K with ID ranges from 3″ to 5-1/2″. Our 12.5K equipment is the first API certified equipment on the market.
• Across the board INTERGRAL Pressure Control Equipment (including 5K).
• All equipment is brand new (built 4th Quarter 2013 and 1st Quarter 2014) and has been built with complete Certificate of Conformance (COC’s).
• Every grease unit is SEPCO Certified. In addition, Energy Completion Services has three skidded 15K units built to DNV Specifications.
• To ensure reliability, all equipment is maintained to the highest industry standards. Energy Completion Services has assembled a team of certified mechanics and highly trained shop personnel who adhere to our strict maintenance policies. In addition to our annual re certification program, all equipment is completely rebuilt and retested after every job. Maintenance reports and test charts are made readily available for each tool in order to track its maintenance history.
